We finished off October with lots of fun from Little Sister's birthday, Mimi and Pop-Pop's visit, Momma's birthday, and Halloween. October is a busy month for us!

It's Halloween!
It was no surprise that Little Sister insisted on a group costume again, so we all ended up as characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender. We were impressed with how many people recognized our costumes while we trick-or treated!
Of course nothing slows down after October, and early November has already been jam-packed with the World Series (Astros win!), Election Day, and Veteran's Day.

Little Buddy gets Election Day off each year because his school is a polling place, so he was excited to have a special day with and lunch with Momma and Daddy!

Little Buddy also continues to have fun at his monthly Amazing Grace faith formation classes. We love that he can participate in his faith this way!

Height and Weight
Somehow this boy keeps getting bigger! We won't complain though; but it does mean we've got to stay on our own game! Little Buddy is up to 110 pounds now and we're blessed by every ounce. And still so strong!

Personality
Just our happy and chill guy! He is quite the preteen and wishes he could stay in bed all morning, but he continues to be all smiles and joy once he is up.
Just let me sleep. Please.
Developmental Changes
Little Buddy is hanging in there, but we are continuing to fight for his full therapy services. It's so upsetting and draining to have to convince people that Little Buddy NEEDS these therapies even if he's not going to get "better." He's worthy just by being alive and deserves anything that makes his life better.
With PT being reduced to once a week right now, we're trying to add in lots of walks and our own PT regiment to keep him strong.
Working on all our OT skills too, like self-feeding and drinking.
Fun Tidbits
WILLPower got to be the beneficiary of a golf tournament this year and we were so exited that they raised $25,000 total in Little Buddy's honor!

We can't believe that in a month we'll have enjoyed Thanksgiving and be getting ready for Christmas! 2022, where did you go?
