December 11

Hello holidays, it's so lovely to see you again!  Another year to be thankful for all the blessings that we have.  Little Buddy got into the holiday spirit with some pie making at school.

Holidays mean more pumpkin pie???  Little Buddy is here for it!

After a quick trip to San Antonio to see Mimi and Pop-Pop and enjoy Sea World, we headed home to start Thanksgiving Break, which for us means trips to the library, to Target, and to get this shaggy boy a hair cut!

Little Buddy always loves the Sesame Street gang at Sea World!

He's so handsome!

We also got to go to Market Street and get our picture in front of the Christmas Tree.  The one of Little Buddy and Little Sweetie warms my heart!

Thanksgiving weekend itself was crazy, fun, and busy for us.  We started off the holiday with our annual race.  Our WILLPower Team brought gave it their all!

Go Team WILLPower!

And then it was time to head home and enjoy some tasty food.  Mimi and Pop-Pop came to celebrate with us as well.

Thankful for these two!

As always, Little Buddy was thankful for pie!

Happy Thanksgiving Mimi and Pop-Pop!

And then the next day, we headed off on a Galveston adventure!  We headed south to enjoy Moody Garden, Polar Express, and the Space Center.

Enjoying a view of the ocean from our hotel room.

Lots of fun at Moody Gardens!

Ready for the Polar Express!

So excited for the train ride!

Enjoying hot chocolate!

Here comes Santa!

After a magical night at the Polar Express, we decided to end our quick trip with an out-of-this-world visit to the Space Center!

Checking out the light exhibit.

Ready for blast off!

Mission control has two new cadets!

Such a happy boy today!

We came home from Galveston to a fun surprise...Pat, our elf, had returned! And brought everyone, and I mean everyone, new Christmas pajamas!  And Christmas books to read too!

Hi Pat!

Pajamas for all!

Christmas book reading cuddles!

We spend the rest of the month continuing to get into the holiday spirit.

Christmas tree decorating at school and Santa visits!

Height and Weight
Little Buddy is growing again.  Hard to believe that he's up to 90.2 pounds and up to 56 and 1/4 inches.

I love this face!

Personality
Still happy, but still not thrilled about getting up in the morning!

My favorite smile.

Developmental Changes
Overall, everything is pretty stable, which is always good news to us.  Again, just more tired overall, so I'm interested to see if that changes over break when he can sleep in more.

Fun Tidbits
One of the rewards for Little Buddy's fundraiser at school was to have his own personalized paw print.  We love the opportunity to spread some more WILLPower!

Makes me happy each time I see it.

We have a busy month coming up...a Florida trip, a brand spanking new year.  Praying it brings us wisdom, joy, and growth!

Until then,

LBM
