Our handsome guy!
Love these family shots!
But there's nothing better in the world than seeing my babies together.
The weather also was also a nice touch for his fourth grade field trip to a local historical farm! He got to see pigs, pet horses, feed goats, and sample homemade crackers baked in an outdoor oven.
Reading for a fun day with Momma!
Horses!
The weather was perfect!
Checking out a historical school house!
He also lucked out because, not only did fourth grade have a field trip, but his developmental class did too! He enjoyed a morning learning about food and healthy eating at local grocery store.
So happy for him to have these educational experiences!
Fall also meant Momma's birthday and I was so happy to celebrate with these two!
My favorite gifts, forever!
And of course, we can't have fall without Halloween! So many events and outfit changes this year!
My pumpkins are ready for Halloween!
The Sorercer's Apprentice was ready for Book Character Day at school!
Captain America and his Avengers friends were ready to take on Thanos during Trick or Treat time!
Finally, my little skeletons are ready for bed!
And of course, coming from a long line of military family members, we needed to celebrate our veterans on Veterans Day. Thank you to everyone for their service!
Height and Weight
Little Buddy came in with a solid 85.6 pounds and staying strong at 55 3/4 inches.
The handsomest 4th grader I ever did see!
Personality
Personality
Very happy, just very tired in the afternoon and evenings. School is wearing him out! He has seemed to adjust ok to time change though.
Ready for bed, Momma! Let me sleep!
Developmental Changes
Developmental Changes
Remember when I said we were having spoon and fork issues? Well, his OT has done a lot of work and we are seeing the results! Not only is he being more patient when he eats, but he's using the fork independently to eat a few bites of his food (instead of throwing it and impatiently grabbing the food with his hands). This is awesome for him!
No big deal...just eating a hot dog...by feeding it to myself with a fork!
Fun Tidbits
Little Buddy and Buster Brown are getting on really well. I love seeing them interact.
A boy and his dogs.
And next month we'll be heading into the holidays; where did the year go?
Until then,
LBM
